We will use appropriate spacing, sizing, and placement to create the best possible appearance for your design. If you have a preference on where you would like the engraving to appear (either the upper or lower part of the pen), please note that in the Layout Instructions.
We do not automatically send jpeg proofs if fewer than 12 units are placed into your cart at one time. You are welcome to request a proof in the Special Instructions box located on your order form. Please understand that doing so may slow down order processing and alter your delivery window, as we will need to wait for your approval before we place your order into production.
If there is a specific date that you would like to receive your order by, please make us aware in the Special Instructions box. We will let you know how we can accommodate your request.
This product is engraved via laser technology. Your engraving will appear in a natural, dark, wood burnt color. The mark is permanent and will never wear away.
