- How do you customize your products?
We use several different methods depending on the type of product. These processes include sandblasting, laser engraving, and color printing. All of our production methods are superior marking methods. Unlike many companies, we do not use simple "peel and stick" stickers to personalize our products....everything we sell is permanently engraved or printed. - Are there setup fees or quantity requirements?
We do not charge any kind of setup fees! Most items have a simple "per item" cost, which does vary with quantity. In most cases, the higher the quantity of an ordered item, the lower the "per item" price. Many of our items can be ordered without any kind of quantity minimum....in some cases we can do as few as a single item. However, we do have quantity minimums on certain products, such as our printed goods, due to the extensive setup time required.
- Do I pick from your designs, or can I make my own?
You can do either. We have created a number of unique design ideas that can be easily customized using the order form inputs. Or, you are welcome to start from scratch and we will create a unique layout for you.
- How will I set up the personalization that I want?
Ordering is easy and is accomplished through the pull down and text entry windows for each item. If you would like more information on placing orders, please see our Ordering Info page.
- What kind of glassware do you use?
- We use only high quality glassware, and there is a difference. We use the type of glassware that you would expect to see in a nice bar or restaurant. Most of our glassware is produced domestically by Libbey Glass.
- Can you engrave or print art?
Absolutely. Artwork is incorporated into many of our own designs, and can be added to any designs that you create. We have an entire library of clip art… some of the more popular pieces can be viewed from the Ordering Info page.
- Can you use my own art or logo?
Yes. We can accept most graphic file types, to include jpeg, bmp, pdf, doc, and eps. Pure black and white images (without shading) work best, although if you send us a color or grayscale image we will manipulate it with our software to optimize the appearance. Many of our items have an option to attach artwork directly to your order form.
- How does pricing work?
Prices are as posted for each individual item. There are no additional fees, costs, or charges (except for shipping). Quantity discounts are posted with each item and are automatically applied.
- How quickly do orders ship?
It depends on the size of the order. Smaller gift type orders will normally ship out within 3 business days of order placement. Large bulk orders will take longer. If you have a specific deadline for your order, please let us know. Also note that shipping transit times will apply after we ship the order. Ground shipping transit times vary depending on your location in the country.
- What are the shipping options?
Our standard shipping option is FedEx Ground, and we also offer 2 Day and Overnight Air options. Please see our Shipping Info section for details.
- What is the return policy?
In general, we can't accept returns since all items are individually customized and permanently marked. We will immediately replace an item at no charge if we made an error on the personalization. However, if the error was made by the customer (such as a typo when entering the order) we can’t be responsible. We will use what is entered by the customer, so please proofread your orders before submitting them! Please visit our Policies page for more information on our policies.
- Do you offer gift boxing?
Yes. However, this option is not offered during checkout because so many of our orders are for bulk wedding favors. We cannot offer bulk gift boxing on orders such as glassware favors. However, we can offer gift boxing on smaller gift type orders. Items will be packed in glossy white gift boxes, with decorative ribbons and a gift note. - Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if the order is being shipped to an address in Nevada. In that case, Nevada state sales tax will be added to your order.
- What kinds of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Is my personal information that I give you secure?
- Are transactions through your site secure?
Yes. We conduct our transactions through one of the industry leaders in security and protection. All credit card information is encrypted prior to transmission. Our processor is one of the few that meets the high standards of the Visa Cardholders Information Security Program (CISP).
